A safety perimeter was drawn around the North of the White House on Monday evening area. US presidential residence was placed on alert on Monday because of a suspicious package , have we learned of US intelligence . Checks by experts in chemicals were carried out on site and a radio in Washington said a woman who threw a package over the fence of the White House , had been arrested.
